Over the last decade, we've used our deep-rooted knowledge of patient engagement to develop a truly one-of-a-kind platform that empowers healthcare providers with the tools they need to guide their patients to a lifetime of healthy outcomes.
Our journey began in 2001 when Gary Hamilton founded Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS) as a distributor and data hosting partner for NextGen. Through that experience, he noted fundamental gaps in the communication between disparate EHR systems and the providers that used them. In 2005, we began development on a data aggregation platform to foster interoperability and communication for community providers that co-managed patients, creating one common record for all patients. In 2008, we expanded our development to enable the patient to have access to their aggregated clinical record.
In 2010, we launched our flagship product, Patient Portal. This was the first solution of its kind that allowed organizations to have one patient portal, regardless of the number of EHRs they were using. Since then, we have focused exclusively on the patient domain, designing solutions that empower both patients and providers in their mutual goal to attain well-being and good health.
Over the last decade, our stand-alone Patient Portal has evolved into an all-in-one patient engagement platform, accessed by a single, easy-to-implement API integration. Our solutions span the entire patient journey, including on-demand self-scheduling, digital intake, automated reminders, patient feedback surveys, telehealth, targeted population health interventions, and more. Our solutions give patients what they want and need on their own terms, when they are ready, in a way that’s most appropriate for them.

Anthony Carter serves as InteliChart’s Chief Operating Officer and is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience leading companies to grow top-line revenues and drive product development. Anthony uses his extensive background in healthcare, technology, and organizational leadership to provide operational strategy and administrative oversight for the day-to-day functions of the company. He oversees all initiatives related to product development, marketing, infrastructure technology and security, product realization, human resources, professional services, and customer support to drive progress towards company goals. He is a visionary within the organization that anticipates operational changes long before they become necessary and plays an integral role in the continued success and expansion of InteliChart.
Since 2010, Jason has served as Chief Financial Officer for InteliChart where he oversees all financial and accounting functions for the organization. Jason is a Partner with TechCXO which has served clients in the healthcare, technology and business services industries since 2008. Prior to joining TechCXO, Jason was a Co-Founder and the Vice President of Finance for a technology-enabled service company where he was responsible for all financial and accounting functions for the organization.
Tommy has over 13 years of product experience, most of which in the healthcare industry. His primary responsibility is to lead project management, where he develops strategy through engaged stakeholders focused on delivering sustained business value. His team leverages process and discipline to prioritize roadmaps and cross functionally disseminate product knowledge at InteliChart. Prior to his role, Tommy served as a product leader for Optum developing complex solutions for Value Based Care initiatives.
Christina has over a decade of marketing experience, where she's held both agency and brand side positions. She has a successful track record of using data to develop award-winning marketing strategies that drive increased lead generation and ROI. In addition to her ability to take a step back and see the big picture, she also isn’t afraid to roll-up her sleeves and execute on her vision. Since 2020, Christina’s been leading the innovation of InteliChart's digital marketing program, and oversees all other aspects of marketing within the organization including branding, messaging and positioning, inbound and outbound campaign development, public relations, advertising, and more.
