The setup of InteliChart Patient Portal is relatively easy. It is a whole lot better getting people registered with the access than with our previous product. InteliChart’s registration process is simplified. The data is current. There are a lot more features available for patients to schedule appointments, see their labs, and send messages. We struggled with these features in another vendor’s product previously. We still have several modules of InteliChart Patient Portal that we haven't implemented yet, but so far, the functionality is meeting our needs.

InteliChart Patient Portal is the easiest portal I have ever built, and I have built a couple of others. InteliChart’s implementation process was seamless; their documentation and forms were very easy to implement. The vendor is very good at what they do. I have never had a company give us every document and many screenshots. The way InteliChart onboarded people and the tools they gave us to understand how the portal worked were just phenomenal.

We chose InteliChart Patient Portal because the system was always up, so there was never downtime, and messages would flow like we expected. Our previous portal would just go down and stop working. So patients would send us messages, but we would never get them. Patients didn't have access to their lab results in our old portal, but in InteliChart Patient Portal, they can see all their lab results. Each patient's documents in our EHR flow into InteliChart Patient Portal by design. So when a patient's lab results return, those automatically go into InteliChart Patient Portal. There is no manual intervention anybody needs to do. In our previous portal, we had to manually push every lab over.
